Cancellation and No Show Policy:
Because we are a small exclusive property, we require a 50% NON-refundable deposit upon booking and a non refundable balance payment is due 30 days prior to arrival, unless other arrangements are made with management.
Furthermore, because we are a small and exclusive boutique hotel, we regretfully cannot offer refunds for cancellations.
However, in case of illness or inclement weather, we are happy to offer travel vouchers.
