Rental Policies And Information
Rates include the following services:
- Daily maid service
- Towel and Linen Service
- Concierge Service
- Parking Garage
- Beach club access
- Discount to gym and spa
Rates quoted are for up to 2 persons per bed. Extra person or child in a room rate is between $25 and $75 per night per person
Reservations and Payments
Reservations may be made by major credit cards (American Express, Visa, Master Card, Discover Card).
A 50% deposit is due upon booking. The balance is due (45) forty five days prior to your arrival date. This balance will be automatically charged to the credit card on file. If the balance is not approved we will attempt to contact you in order to select an other method of payment. Failure to make the balance payment within two days from notification will result in cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of the deposit on file.
All rates are in US Dollars. In cases where the arrival date is less than (30) thirty days your credit card will be charged the total amount.
Travel Insurance
We recommend that you purchase Travel Insurance. There are many options for travel insurance on the internet.
Cancellations
A full refund will be issued if a cancellation is received 30 days prior to arrival.
If a cancellation is within 29 day period prior to arrival, a voucher will be issued for future travel.
The total amount of the reservation will be forfeited for no shows.
No refunds will be given for special discounted reservations or charges associated with a promotion.
Reservations for one night are not refundable
Changes are permitted and subject to availability.
Security Deposits
A credit card with signature on file will be kept for any open balances or adjustments during your stay (in room mini bar, internet, phone, and concierge services). A $250.00 security deposit on your credit card will be required upon arrival. Excessive cleaning including upholstery, breakage, soiling or damage to the interior or exterior caused by the renter may be subject to additional fees to the renter. You are required to leave the unit as you received it.
