Reservations are not cancellable except within 24 hours of the original booking.
General Cancellation must be 7 days before arrival to avoid 100 percent penalty including tax.
Cancelling your reservation more than 24 hours after the original time of booking and before 7 days prior to arrival Date, will forfeit the full amount of Advance Security Deposit .
Cancelling your Extended Stay reservation within 7days prior to arrival or Failing to check-in on the arrival date, will forfeit the full Amount Of Reservation Prepayment.

Electric consumption is calculated at the end of each calendar month or end of stay.
Pet Policy
Pets are not allowed unless prior authorization .
A maximum of one pets are allowed in each suite. A $10 per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee. This fee is to cover the cost of cleaning and fumigating the guest room.
Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.
Undeclared pets will be charged $200 in addition to the applicable pet fees.

Housekeeping Service*
Our promise is to provide you with a fresh, clean room. We also take our commitment to the environment very seriously and strive to freshen up without wasting our natural resources unnecessarily. Towards this common goal, housekeeping services are scheduled based on the number of nights you will be staying with us. Additional full or refresh services are available as outlined below.
For stays of fourteen to thirty (14- 30) nights: One Full Service housekeeping is provided every week (7days). Fresh towels and linens are available at the front desk as often as needed. Full service includes: dusting, vacuuming, changing linens and towels, emptying trash, cleaning of bathroom and kitchen, washing of dishes and kitchen utensils, replenishing soap and toilet paper as needed. Maintainace Inspection of plumbing and electricals
For stays of thirty (30) or more nights:
One Refresh service every week (7days) Refresh service includes: replacing soiled towels, emptying trash, making bed with existing linens, and replenishing soap and toilet paper if needed.
One Full Service housekeeping is provided every two weeks. Full service includes: dusting, vacuuming, changing linens and towels, emptying trash, cleaning of bathroom and kitchen, washing of dishes and kitchen utensils, replenishing soap and toilet paper as needed. Maintainace Inspection of plumbing and electricals. End Of Stay cleaning fee may apply and will be deducted from Security Deposit.
Additional Housekeeping Options For Purchase ( Payable at the Front Desk)

We also offer Penthouse Suites with private rooftop area, table and chairs with stunning ocean views. ‘Acanto is my favorite place to stay at while in PDC. This place offers all the amenities and luxuries of a bed & breakfast or a hotel at a very reasonable price. One of the reasons I just go back to this place is because I know everything works fine and water or air conditioner will not break in the middle of my stay, which is btw very common in Bed & Breakfasts.
Needless to say this place is located right at the center of 5th Ave, beach, all the bars and restaurants. Last but not the least, it offers a complimentary breakfast which is great when I need my coffee right out of the bed.’
